· Financial Management: Oversee bar finances, including cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliations.
· Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
· Promotions and Events: Assist in planning and executing bar promotions and events to drive business.
· Proven experience as a bar supervisor or similar role in a high-end establishment.
· Strong knowledge of bar operations and mixology.
· Knowledge of wine is an asset
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong teamwork, and possess a deep love for cooking.
· Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
· Ensure that food is prepared to the highest quality, presentation, and taste.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
· Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
· Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
· Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
· Collaborate with other kitchen staff to manage orders and ensure timely service.
· Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
