Do you have WiFi?

Yes we do! You'll receive the login details with your check-in instructions.

Check-in process

Our check-in process is fully contactless. You'll receive your instructions for arrival via text message when your room is ready for you. The front door and each guest room has a pin-pad with a code.

Check-in is guaranteed by 4pm, and check-out is at 12pm.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, our continental breakfast is included for our inn guests. See our Activities Page for more details.

spa amenities

Our spa amenities are open to our inn guests. We have a Sauna and Hot Tub that is available year-round from 10am-10pm. See our Activities Page for more details.

Accessibility

Access to Main Floor: 5 steps at Front Door, 3 steps at Lounge

Access to Upper Rooms and Deck: 18 steps from Main Floor

Each guest room has its own ensuite washroom in addition to the common area washroom.

Parking

We have one parking space available for each of our Inn guests. Queen street and other side streets also have free parking.

Can you book the whole inn?

Yes! We offer Exclusive Bookings for groups and special events. Click here for more details.

Cancellation policy

- Reservations including Friday, Saturday and Holidays can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival.

- Midweek reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

Any rooms cancelled or changed past the cancellation period will be charged for the balance of the reservation.
